Boxes of Light is a local initiative dedicated to delivering monthly, curated Shabbat and holiday gift boxes straight to single-mother by choice, divorced and widowed households in the greater Tel Aviv area.
Our goal is to bring a genuine smile to hard-working moms and their kids, foster community connection, and allow them to enjoy a stress-free, beautiful Shabbat and holiday together.

About | Deena Neustadter
Born and raised in Manhattan, Deena moved to Tel Aviv at the age of 23. Years later, upon unexpectedly divorcing with a newborn and toddler in tow, she encountered the hardships all single mothers face and decided to bring light and shame-free support to the mothers making all the magic happen. Deena and her daughters continue to live in Tel Aviv with their rescue cat and dog and love helping women and girls succeed.
